Boxing Daily Report from the Bones Promotions promoted show at Tower Theatre, Fresno,  taking place on 28/07/2026:

Clearly Bones Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jake Katonda Namono (5(2) - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Charles Vause(1 - 3 - 1) from Bakersfield, USA.  Both Namono and Vause weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seth Frith, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Abdelnour, Alec Lochridge and Hayden Abraham.  

Round 1: 

Namono advances into close range and lands a firm left hook.  Namono ties up his opponent.  Namono pushes his forearm into Vause's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
