Ante Zubak vs Josip Žilic

Boxing Daily Report from the Obad promoted show at Arena Gripe Medium Hall, Split,  taking place on 01/08/2026:

Clearly Obad have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ante Zubak (7 - 0) who hails from Split, Croatia and Josip Žilic(6 - 5 - 1) from Zagreb, Croatia.  Zubak weighed in at 125 pounds and 3 ounces, while Žilic weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Viktor Šolic, and the three ringside judges are Ognjan Mrakužic, Antun Radman and Matko Krnic.
