John Agpoon vs Angel Montalvan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Caloocan Bondoc, Caloocan,  taking place on 29/07/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Agpoon (7 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Angel Montalvan(12 - 3(1) - 2) from Caloocan, Philippines.  Both Agpoon and Montalvan weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rico Agngarayngay, and the three ringside judges are Mark Pasamba, Ivan Delasin and Ximen Vinoray.
