Boxing Daily Report from the Bonga Promotions promoted show at Direnc Dereli Gym, Gaziantep,  taking place on 01/08/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Gaziantep Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oz Kavak (14 - 3) who hails from Gaziantep, Turkey and Mehmed Yagci(20(1) - 0) from Gaziantep, Turkey.  Kavak weighed in at 130 pounds, while Yagci weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Berk Meric, and the three ringside judges are Murat Ayik, Suleyman Oray and Iskander Tugba.
