Clint Castles vs Richie Briar

Boxing Daily Report from the Golden Star Promotions promoted show at New York City Younie, New York City,  taking place on 02/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Clint Castles (16 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from New York City, USA and Richie Briar(11 - 7 - 1) from Buffalo, USA.  Both Castles and Briar weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richard Denholm, and the three ringside judges are Mark Elley, James Meredith and Enzo Albonetti.

Castles switches the action to the outside and lands with a stiff jab.
