Juan Machado vs Diego Tercero

Boxing Daily Report from the Eduardo Zambrano promoted show at Maracay Cayo, Maracay,  taking place on 03/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Aragua Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Machado (16(1) - 0) who hails from Maracay, Venezuela and Diego Tercero(17 - 3) from Maracay, Venezuela.  Both Machado and Tercero weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montana Amado, and the three ringside judges are Montenegro Morales, Nicandro Callejas and Dimos Fiel.
