Boxing Daily Report from the Kit Henderson promoted show at Lisimba Kalabula Gym, Ndola,  taking place on 03/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Copperbelt Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vashon Chibombamilimo (8(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Duante Matongo(10 - 9 - 1) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Both Chibombamilimo and Matongo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Denzel Silwimba, and the three ringside judges are Napoleon Mwaanga, Kaleb Mukwena and Kwau Ndovi.
