Jay Glendening vs Leighton Jones

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Idaho promoted show at Boise Centre Junior Ballroom, Boise,  taking place on 04/08/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Idaho have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Mountain West Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jay Glendening (14(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Boise, USA and Leighton Jones(12 - 3(1)) from Provo, USA.  Both Glendening and Jones weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Groves, and the three ringside judges are Sam Summerfield, Robert Herritt and Sam Summerfield.
