Bature Odita vs Ben Aguda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kaduna State promoted show at Kaduna Ikande, Kaduna,  taking place on 02/08/2026:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Kaduna State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bature Odita (10 - 6 - 3) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Ben Aguda(4 - 13 - 4) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Both Odita and Aguda weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Rahmani, and the three ringside judges are Shayan Sasooli, Ifeanyi Chukwudi and Bature Moshood.  

Round 1: 

Aguda forces Odita to back into the corner.  Aguda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Odita connects with a right hook.
