Noel Nichol vs Barry McAndrew

Boxing Daily Report from the Baddog promoted show at Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium, Hamilton,  taking place on 18/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Nichol (7 - 0) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Barry McAndrew(12 - 7) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Nichol and McAndrew weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arnie Waddey, and the three ringside judges are Bellamy Batiste, Michael Nickson and Nick Nicolson.  

Round 1: 

McAndrew sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McAndrew attempts to land a jab, but Nichol slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
