Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at CU Arena, Hamburg,  taking place on 28/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Garion Carp (9(2) - 0) who hails from Essen, Germany and Lancelot Giedd(4 - 7 - 1) from Stuttgart, Germany.  Carp weighed in at 147 pounds, while Giedd weighed in at 146 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Willifrid Ackert, and the three ringside judges are Roderich Schafer, Adolph Bierl and Steinmetz Blank.  

Round 1: 

Carp advances into close range.  Giedd throws a right hook, but Carp clinches his opponent.  Carp is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Carp.
