Mikhail Varlamov vs Eoin Connell

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Olympiaskiy, Moscow,  taking place on 29/08/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the European Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Rossiya 2, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mikhail Varlamov (22(19) - 0) who hails from Prokopyevsk, Russia and Eoin Connell(22(3) - 0 - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.
