Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Murungaru, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Kenya-Nairobi Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lloyd Abol (12 - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Rob Zakayo(5 - 5 - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Abol weighed in at 175 pounds, while Zakayo weighed in at 174 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lee Rebelo, and the three ringside judges are Ian Nanji, Elliot Icharia and Mark Obure.
