Boxing Daily Report from the Valhalla promotions promoted show at Ekeberghalen, Oslo,  taking place on 15/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Norway Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Haldor Meland (17(4) - 3) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Ragnar Solum(10 - 2 - 1) from Bergen, Norway.  Both Meland and Solum weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leif Gilbertsen, and the three ringside judges are Magne Asleson, Dana Larsen and Roscoe Watne.
