Berne Mahrt vs Herbert Peckman

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Switzerland-East promoted show at Harimann Aeschliman Gym, Bern,  taking place on 09/08/2026:

Clearly AI Switzerland-East have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Switzerland-East Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Berne Mahrt (4 - 1 - 1) who hails from Bern, Switzerland and Herbert Peckman(4 - 4 - 2) from Basel, Switzerland.  Mahrt weighed in at 199 pounds And 5 ounces, while Peckman weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Drugi Hahn, and the three ringside judges are Alarik Stroebel, Stan Gfeller and Luduvico Amend.
