Yuan Shiu vs Confucius On

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at University of Science and Technology, Beijing,  taking place on 22/08/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yuan Shiu (9 - 10(3) - 4) who hails from Jinan, China and Confucius On(8 - 5 - 2) from Shenyang, China.  Shiu weighed in at 104 pounds and 14 ounces, while On weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xi-Wang Sha, and the three ringside judges are Jun Qi, Lao-Tzu Min and Wu-pen Zeng.  

Round 1: 

On lands a jab.
