Rodrigo Lana vs Juan Penso

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Amazonas promoted show at Ponta Negra Beach, Manaus,  taking place on 13/08/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Americas Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rodrigo Lana (19(11) - 3(3)) who hails from Itagui, Colombia and Juan Penso(13 - 7(1)) from Manaus, Brazil.  Both Lana and Penso weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lisandro Saraiva, and the three ringside judges are Kiki Lago, Aimon Vala and Jesus Portugal.
