Gwij Yvorye vs Benedict Zoetaert

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Flanders promoted show at Antwerp Wittebaert, Antwerp,  taking place on 16/07/2026:

Clearly AI Belgium-Flanders have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport10, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gwij Yvorye (9 - 6(1) - 3) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Benedict Zoetaert(11 - 8 - 4) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Yvorye weighed in at 200 pounds, while Zoetaert weighed in at 199 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Laurent Janssens, and the three ringside judges are Robin Daens, Claudy Ollevyere and Edeward Van Beuvays.
