Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Annaba promoted show at Annaba Abdul, Annaba,  taking place on 14/08/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal Algérie, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malik Smail (6 - 11 - 2) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Saad Laban(8(1) - 0) from Annaba, Algeria.  Smail weighed in at 175 pounds, while Laban weighed in at 174 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amjad Abderrahmane, and the three ringside judges are Ali Tiouli, Majid Nezzar and Asif Ferhaoui.
