Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-West promoted show at Intercontinental Hotel Taif, Taif,  taking place on 16/08/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Middle East Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KSA Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Amer Saade (14 - 3) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Sajid Rahme(21 - 2(1)) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Both Saade and Rahme weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Akkad, and the three ringside judges are Amer Kassab, Syed Jawahir and Aftab Abourizk.
