Byron Medoua vs Sid Makoun

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Centre promoted show at Delano Nnengue Gym, Yaoundé,  taking place on 16/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Centre Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Byron Medoua (10 - 8 - 3) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Sid Makoun(11 - 7 - 5) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Medoua weighed in at 129 pounds and 3 ounces, while Makoun weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adalard Njanke, and the three ringside judges are Ross Beaudin, Quincy de Musset and Odilon Bault.
