Erdem Gochek vs Iskender Balik

Boxing Daily Report from the Salifu Promotions promoted show at Ankara Kanmaz, Ankara,  taking place on 27/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Turkey-Ankara Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Erdem Gochek (13 - 3) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Iskender Balik(17 - 7 - 3) from Ankara, Turkey.  Both Gochek and Balik weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aydin Hashim, and the three ringside judges are Omer Babacan, Ilkin Barak and Cem Ogun.  

Round 1: 

Gochek sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to his opponents body.
