David Dipple vs Mark Meikle

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Indiana promoted show at Michael Abel Gym, Indianapolis,  taking place on 18/08/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Indiana have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Indiana Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Dipple (14(2) - 2 - 1) who hails from Evansville, USA and Mark Meikle(10 - 7 - 3) from Indianapolis, USA.  Both Dipple and Meikle weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noel Housler, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Blaikie, Bryan Maffett and Bryan Maffett.  

Round 1: 

Dipple lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
