Jordan Asuncion vs Mark Daw

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Jonathan Club, Los Angeles,  taking place on 20/10/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-California Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jordan Asuncion (14(3) - 0) who hails from Long Beach, USA and Mark Daw(8 - 7(2) - 4) from Los Angeles, USA.  Both Asuncion and Daw weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Dickie, and the three ringside judges are Sam Leamon, Harry Millar and Joey Catherwood.  

Round 1: 

Asuncion advances into close range and attempts to land a left hook, but Daw blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Daw steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Asuncion slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.
