Saku Kangas vs Heimo Sariola

Boxing Daily Report from the Folotiya Promotions promoted show at Helsinki Virjonen, Helsinki,  taking place on 17/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saku Kangas (14 - 2) who hails from Espoo, Finland and Heimo Sariola(12 - 5 - 1) from Vantaa, Finland.  Both Kangas and Sariola weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elmo Alvar, and the three ringside judges are Kaarlo Nurmela, Veijo Arajarvi and Manu Koivurinnen.
