Josh Oman vs Joe MacVicar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at Michael Malloye Gym, Sydney,  taking place on 18/08/2026:

Clearly AI Australia-New South Wales have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-New South Wales Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Josh Oman (7 - 11(1) - 3) who hails from Wollongong, Australia and Joe MacVicar(5 - 13 - 4) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Oman and MacVicar weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vince Roubanian, and the three ringside judges are Chris Howells, Richard Bean and Joel Gittins.
