Kong Chak vs Jing Lan

Boxing Daily Report from the AL Promotions promoted show at Qizhong Forest Sports Arena, Shanghai,  taking place on 10/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kong Chak (29(24) - 2(1)) who hails from Zhengzhou, China and Jing Lan(16 - 6(4) - 1) from Nanning, China.  Both Chak and Lan weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Genjo Hauw, and the three ringside judges are Gan Shiu, Genjo Hauw and Zhu Yeoh.  

Round 1: 

Lan closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Lan digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Lan lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Lan closes the distance and manouvers Chak onto the ropes.  Lan connects with a left uppercut.  
Lan lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Lan hits home with a left hook.  
Lan forces Chak to retreat onto the ropes.  Chak throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lan pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Chak steps away from his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Lan throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a hurtful right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE LAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Chak tries to step out of his opponents range.  Chak senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Lan and just needs the right shot.  Chak lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS LAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Lan has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Chak attempts to land a jab, but Lan slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lan gets on the inside.  Lan pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Lan forces Chak to back into the ropes.  Lan pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lan hits home with a right hook.  
Lan hits home with a left uppercut.  
Chak is on target with a solid overhand left.  
Lan advances into close range.  Lan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Chak is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Lan lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Lan gets on the inside and walks Chak into a corner.  Lan lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Chak steps away from his opponent.  Chak sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Chak's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Chak's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Chak quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Chak is on target with a left hook.  Chak tries to land a right hook, but Lan slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lan pivots to the left of his opponent.  Chak lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lan closes the distance.  Lan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Chak is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Lan connects with a cross.  
Lan closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Chak on the ropes.  Lan connects with a left uppercut.  
Lan pivots to the left of his opponent.  Lan attempts to land a right hook, but Chak sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Chak lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Lan steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Lan attempts to land a cross, but Chak slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lan is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Chak lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Lan finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Lan is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Chak holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Chak pushes his forearm into Lan's face.  The referee warns Chak and breaks the clinch.  
Chak switches the action to the outside.  Lan lands a cross.  
Chak lands an overhand left followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Lan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Lan closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Lan pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Lan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Chak hits home with a firm right hook.  
Chak switches the action to the outside and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Lan closes the distance.  Chak whips in a hurtful left hook to his opponents liver.  LAN IS HURT!  Chak throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Lan's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  Lan almost instantly recovers. 
Lan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lan steps inside.  Chak lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Chak switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Lan is looking to close the distance.  Chak sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Chak lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS LAN TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Chak!
