Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Yubileyny Sports Palace, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 29/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport 1 Russia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Odhert Gehrmann (6(1) - 0) who hails from Regensburg, Germany and Aleksandr Kowalchuk(9 - 11 - 2) from Moscow, Russia.  Gehrmann weighed in at 129 pounds and 10 ounces, while Kowalchuk weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Timofei Gankin, and the three ringside judges are Andrii Tarakanov, Timofei Legkov and Daniil Kireev.
