Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Alborz promoted show at Kimmula Gym, Karaj,  taking place on 20/08/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Iran-Alborz Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Asmar (6 - 5 - 6) who hails from Karaj, Iran and Gao Giam(8 - 4 - 5) from Karaj, Iran.  Asmar weighed in at 237 pounds And 12 ounces, while Giam weighed in at 233 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ahmed Barakat, and the three ringside judges are Mohsin Yousif, Aftab Nagi and Waqas Kalil.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Giam has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Giam gets on the inside.  Asmar throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Giam to the neutral corner.  He tells Asmar he will lose a point if he continues to foul.
