Xavier Segura vs Rio Farfan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Reynosa Sauceda, Reynosa,  taking place on 26/07/2026:

Clearly AI Mexico-Tamaulipas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xavier Segura (7 - 6) who hails from Reynosa, Mexico and Rio Farfan(6 - 0) from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  Both Segura and Farfan weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dario Zepeda, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Armando, Cisco Socarras and Angel Albo.
