Noel Mwachofi vs Farhan Fares

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Amon Akaranga Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 24/08/2026:

Clearly AI Kenya-Machakos have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Mwachofi (3 - 4(1) - 2) who hails from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya and Farhan Fares(7 - 7 - 1) from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya.  Mwachofi weighed in at 139 pounds and 9 ounces, while Fares weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vashon Magut, and the three ringside judges are Yobachi Kimanthi, Noah Komon and Imran Rahman.
