Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Mbaraki Sports Club, Mombasa,  taking place on 22/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Laken Karoki (13 - 8(7)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Hayden Balala(9 - 7(3) - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Karoki and Balala weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Keino, and the three ringside judges are Hassan Badini, Nwa Lugano and Jay Matiku.
