Dewayne Bifwoli vs Polo Murugi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Razi Masinde Gym, Mombasa,  taking place on 23/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Mombasa Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dewayne Bifwoli (10(3) - 0) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Polo Murugi(7 - 8 - 1) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Both Bifwoli and Murugi weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is George Waciuma, and the three ringside judges are Tavon Wanga, Hayden Sakudao and James Baldacchino.

Bifwoli lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, KNOCKING MURUGI DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.
