Edmundo Pedroso vs Juan Loyola

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Chihuahua promoted show at Chihuahua Cerna, Chihuahua,  taking place on 25/08/2026:

Clearly AI Mexico-Chihuahua have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Chihuahua Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Pedroso (14 - 5(1)) who hails from Chihuahua, Mexico and Juan Loyola(15 - 2) from Juarez, Mexico.  Pedroso weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces, while Loyola weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malvolio Pantano, and the three ringside judges are Juan Jaramillo, Rodrigo Urda and Jose Espina.
