Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Leon promoted show at Leon Giraldo, Leon,  taking place on 08/09/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Nicaragua Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jeraldo Reynosa (11(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Ponce Rita(3 - 8 - 3) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Reynosa and Rita weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Arrendondo, and the three ringside judges are Jose Remigio, Gig Rave and Carlos Parras.
