Ximen Lomas vs Agapetus Melgoza

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Coahuila promoted show at Saltillo Prados, Saltillo,  taking place on 24/08/2026:

Clearly AI Mexico-Coahuila have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ximen Lomas (16 - 2 - 1) who hails from Saltillo, Mexico and Agapetus Melgoza(7 - 8 - 4) from Torreon, Mexico.  Both Lomas and Melgoza weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Macia, and the three ringside judges are Dimos Lona, Porfio Danon and Rio Milan.  

Round 1: 

Lomas steps inside and drives a left hook into his opponents body.
