Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Oyo State promoted show at Ogbomosho Mpeba, Ogbomosho,  taking place on 25/08/2026:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Oyo State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Oyo State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tunde Iheagwam (15 - 2(1)) who hails from Ibadan, Nigeria and Azam Munir(8 - 13(1) - 4) from Ibadan, Nigeria.  Iheagwam weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces, while Munir weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Izunna Mgbokpo, and the three ringside judges are Thompson Ifejiagwa, Irfan Younan and Izunna Mutairu.
