Rivaldo kaMagwaza vs Nicholas Steyn

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Standard Bank Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 28/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rivaldo kaMagwaza (9 - 5 - 2) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Nicholas Steyn(16 - 7 - 2) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Both kaMagwaza and Steyn weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aenas Van der Walt, and the three ringside judges are Luvolwethu Motupa, Bernardus Hertzog and Tshepo Nqakula.
