Adel Johnk vs Hewlett Demler

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Switzerland-East promoted show at Basel Gerecke, Basel,  taking place on 31/07/2026:

Clearly AI Switzerland-East have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Switzerland-East Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adel Johnk (3 - 5 - 1) who hails from Basel, Switzerland and Hewlett Demler(8 - 3 - 1) from Bern, Switzerland.  Both Johnk and Demler weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Maynor Cruey, and the three ringside judges are Stan Gfeller, Gary Agers and Amhold Bernecker.
