Jens Manderscheid vs Chung-yong Kook

Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Hermann-Gieseler-Halle, Dresden,  taking place on 19/09/2026:

Clearly Jacob Howes have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jens Manderscheid (11 - 0) who hails from Duisburg, Germany and Chung-yong Kook(10 - 6(1) - 3) from Seoul, South Korea.  Both Manderscheid and Kook weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lamarr Scheele, and the three ringside judges are Geoff Strahm, Bin Besser and Willmar Hemmen.  

Round 1: 

Manderscheid advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.
