Paul Gemmel vs Rob Laird

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Memphis Cant, Memphis,  taking place on 26/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paul Gemmel (14 - 0) who hails from Olathe, USA and Rob Laird(2 - 12 - 1) from Indianapolis, USA.  Gemmel weighed in at 199 pounds and 6 ounces, while Laird weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Billy Dey, and the three ringside judges are Clint Blagg, Dan Stevenson and John Cranston.
