Khalid Salame vs Amjad Hasan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Yemen-Sana'a promoted show at Sana'a Wahba, Sana'a,  taking place on 04/08/2026:

Clearly AI Yemen-Sana'a have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Yemen Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Yemen TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Khalid Salame (9 - 9 - 2) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Amjad Hasan(9 - 8(1) - 5) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Salame weighed in at 175 pounds, while Hasan weighed in at 174 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Maroun, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Dar, Mohsin Aslam and Abdul Khalaf.
