Ellis Prentice vs Sam McQuire

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-North Carolina promoted show at Label Nightclub, Charlotte,  taking place on 01/09/2026:

Clearly AI USA-North Carolina have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-South Atlantic Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Prentice (12 - 2 - 1) who hails from Augusta, USA and Sam McQuire(15 - 4) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Prentice and McQuire weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Gerrie, and the three ringside judges are Kian Bourne, Bryan James and Arthur Atcheson.
