Aki Saiki vs Yoshi Moriyama

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 02/09/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Osaka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aki Saiki (6 - 8 - 4) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Yoshi Moriyama(11 - 13(1) - 3) from Sakai, Japan.  Both Saiki and Moriyama weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shinji Iseri, and the three ringside judges are Akira Iha, Goro Tsuchida and Naoki Koyama.
