Bature Emein vs Lukman Ofodile

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kwara State promoted show at Ilorin Aguda, Ilorin,  taking place on 05/08/2026:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Kwara State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kwara State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bature Emein (8 - 1) who hails from Ilorin, Nigeria and Lukman Ofodile(1 - 0) from Offa, Nigeria.  Emein weighed in at 167 pounds and 12 ounces, while Ofodile weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asif Hussain, and the three ringside judges are Ikechukwu Bethel, Ikechukwu Chukwuemeka and Gazi Ansari.
