Leon Paxton vs Ewan Abercrombie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Surrey Uren, Surrey,  taking place on 07/08/2026:

Clearly AI Canada-British Columbia have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Paxton (11 - 4 - 3) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Ewan Abercrombie(4 - 12) from Surrey, Canada.  Both Paxton and Abercrombie weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Trott, and the three ringside judges are Michael Crosbie, Lee Christy and Zachary Kenna.
