Akhil Gurjur vs Lakshman Nath

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Arun Mehra Gym, Ahmedabad,  taking place on 25/08/2026:

Clearly TFI have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Akhil Gurjur (3(1) - 0) who hails from Howrah, India and Lakshman Nath(2 - 3 - 1) from Hyderabad, India.  Both Gurjur and Nath weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Premnath Rangaswamy, and the three ringside judges are Jyotish Balmuchu, Anupam Rana and Gurudas Kalla.  

Round 1:
