Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Madziva, Bulawayo,  taking place on 05/09/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Zimbabwe Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Madhuku (16(1) - 3(1)) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Dembe Chimbetu(7 - 0) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Madhuku and Chimbetu weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matt Quilliam, and the three ringside judges are Kaleb Muzanenhamo, Jack Shamuyarira and Mark Nyambuya.
