Faisal Dib vs Zain Nawaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at MBJB Indoor Stadium, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 19/10/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Johor Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Faisal Dib (22(7) - 0) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Zain Nawaz(11 - 5(2) - 3) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Dib and Nawaz weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Hamdan, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Gaber, Rehan Sabet and Khalid Lodhi.
