Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Luveve Stadium, Bulawayo,  taking place on 04/09/2026:

Clearly African Fusion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rex Makwarimba (14(3) - 0) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Jamar Phiri(18 - 6 - 1) from Khayelitsha, South Africa.  Both Makwarimba and Phiri weighed in at 130 pounds.
